Registrations are taken and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis according to receipt of full payment. Purchase orders must be accompanied by a check or credit card. If you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks after sending payment, call 781-449-4010 ext. 101. Registration is $795 per person (ask about group rates) and is inclusive of materials, fees, meals, lodging and available professional development credits. There is a cancellation fee of $250 if a cancellation is requested by May 31, 2015. Because there are a limited number of spaces in the workshop, if you cancel after May 31, 2015, there will only be a refund (minus a $250 cancellation fee) if an additional person registers for that same space. A minimum attendance of 15 is required for this institute with a maximum enrollment of 50. If the course is filled, please call our office to be put on the waiting list.
Public Information Resources, Inc. (PIRI) reserves the right, without having to refund any monies to participants, to make changes in the Institute should PIRI in its sole discretion deem any changes necessary or advisable. Similarly, PIRI reserves the right to cancel the Institute should that be necessary, in which case PIRI's liability to participants shall be strictly limited to a refund of participants' paid fees. Any concerns or issues about the conference should be brought to the attention of our staff at the event during the institute and/or sent to our Conference Director by writing, email or fax after the institute.
