As teachers, we recognize the struggle. Even in the same classroom, some children (not always the same ones) learn easily, excited because challenges are meaningful.  At the same time (and in the same room), other children can be sullen and confrontational. “I’m bored…”  might be their takeaway or “I hate School”. It doesn’t have to be thus.

In this webinar, we explore the neuroscience behind why learning sciences fail for sensitive children. We will calibrate the difference between ‘useful’ and ‘goal directed’ internal messaging from the point of view of the learning brain.
Every classroom has a catbird seat for the teacher who understands the impact of introducing brain-based methods as a routine process for success.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Participants will be able to:
How ANS reactivity solves the child who struggles?
How mental models are critical for high engagement?
How to bookmark the learning brain for success in future learning?
How to architect the learning brain by rewiring with intention?
